We are Russo/McEntee Academy

We are committed to providing education that not only shapes minds but also shapes futures. Through experiential outdoor education and hands-on projects, our students develop a deep understanding of their role in preserving and protecting the environment for generations to come. Academic Approach

Sparking Interest in STEAM

We inspire lifelong learners through hands-on experiences in environmental justice and sustainability with a state-of-the-art outdoor classroom, Science for Scientists, project-based learning, on-campus nature offerings, and STEAM themed field trips.

Our programs engage students beyond the classroom with clubs like the Environmental Justice League, Coding Club, Playlosohpy, Science for Scientists, and arts and a range of on-campusnature programs.

Our STEAM programs develops academic excellence through scientific inquiry, experiential learning, social-emotional, and physical development. Among our awards is the CSBA Golden Bell Award for Climate Change Innovation.
